Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between Cenk Alper Tantoğlu (Urastech) (address: Fatih Mahallesi No:74, Muratlı / Tekirdağ, Türkiye, email: merhaba@premisey.com) and the person using the Premisey website and application.

Premisey assesses the idea you enter using live web research, source verification and AI synthesis, and produces a report. Every figure is labelled verified, estimated or unknown; information without a source is never invented.

• A report is decision support; it does not guarantee that an idea will succeed or fail.
• A report is not investment, legal, tax or accounting advice.
• Research relies on publicly available sources, which may change or disappear over time.
• An MVP Blueprint is a plan with generated images, not working software.

You are responsible for your account's security. The email you register with must be yours. You must be 18 or older.

• One idea analysis uses one analysis credit; an MVP Blueprint uses a separate blueprint credit.
• A credit is deducted when the report is published. If a technical error prevents a report, no credit is deducted; retrying the same idea does not use a second credit.
• Every new account starts with one free analysis credit. The free report is identical to a paid one.
• Purchased credits do not expire. Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Prices and packs are shown on the pricing page; the price at the time of purchase applies. Refunds are covered by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Your ideas and answers belong to you; they are processed only to deliver the service and are never shown to other users. You may use the report for your own business as you wish.

• Bulk querying with automated tools, trying to bypass rate limits or overloading the system
• Using another person's account or impersonation
• Planning unlawful, infringing or harmful activities
• Bulk copying reports or site content to offer as a separate service

These may result in account termination.

The Premisey brand, interface and software belong to Cenk Alper Tantoğlu (Urastech). You may use the report content generated from your input for your own business.

The service is provided as is. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, third-party outages or force majeure.

We are not liable for indirect losses (lost profit, lost business) arising from decisions based on a report. Our liability for direct losses is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months. This limitation does not apply where consumer law prohibits it.

You can close your account at any time by emailing merhaba@premisey.com. We may close an account for serious breach of these terms; the Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to unused paid credits.

When we update these terms the date above changes; material changes are emailed before they take effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For consumers, the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts of the consumer's place of residence have jurisdiction; mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence are not affected.
